Hail season is approaching! The spring months tend to be the busiest for hail deployments and hail is estimated to cause an average of $15 billion in damage to homes, cars, and crops each year. Make sure your licenses are current with the right line of authority (LOA).
Remember, it’s against licensing rules to obtain a resident state license in a state you don’t reside in. If you cannot prove to the state that you are an actual resident, please don’t take the chance and lose your license due to resident ineligibility. It can impact all the other non-resident adjuster licenses you were issued based on your resident state license status.
You need a home state license and FL andTX licenses to be more eligible for a CAT deployment. Do not wait for emergency licenses in the event of a storm — that can take up valuable time! Having your licenses ready to go is much more lucrative than hoping for emergency licenses and leads to a quicker deployment.
