Adjusting Expectations

As a leader among independent adjusting firms over the last 30 years, CNC has put innovation, customer service, transparency, and efficiency at the forefront of our operations. We’re known for being there during the good times, and more importantly, during the bad ones. Our team of professionals, proprietary software, and access to cutting edge technology make CNC a partner no one should be without.

Whether it’s a small water leak or a large fire – we are here to provide expedient adjusting services.

We are experts in flood, handling independently or under the Federal NFIP program.

Small storms or massive catastrophes can't stop us from getting you back into your property ASAP.

Our team leaves no stone unturned when it comes to investigating your claims.

We help small and large busineesses by adjusting their claims and helping them get back to work.

Who we are and what we're about

Our highly skilled claims adjusters are professionally licensed, use our proprietary software, and have access to all of the right tools – including cutting edge technology. This ensures timely and efficient adjustments with no bologna involved.

At CNC, we know a properly trained adjuster is a prepared adjuster - That’s why we put training at the center of what we do and offer classes and events all year round. We also use these times to update our adjusters on technological advances that impact the industry and make it easier to get claims closed as quickly (and efficiently) as possible.

CNC was founded in 1988 by Chief Operating Officer, Cortez Fowler, as CEFCO National Claims, Incorporated. CNC Resource was renamed in 2000 to reflect our expansive operations and services. CNC has been known ever since as one of the most trusted independent companies for reliable, quality adjusting services. Today, we are an internal company that is ready for any type of loss.

We’ve worked through the country’s most major catastrophes such as Hurricane Hugo, the Northridge earthquake, and Hurricane Katrina. There’s no event too small or too catastrophic that CNC is unable to handle – that’s a guarantee.

Please give us a call or email us for specific case studies. We’d love to show you what we can do.
