CNC Strengthens Claims Expertise with Strategic Promotions

In a strategic move to enhance operational efficiency and recognize exceptional talent within the organization, CNC Catastrophe and National Claims is thrilled to announce the title changes and promotions of several key team members. These advancements underscore CNC’s commitment to fostering career growth and reinforcing its position as a leader in the insurance claims industry.  

Among the individuals receiving promotions are: 

Cort Fowler – Formerly President and Chief Operating Officer, Fowler has moved to the role of Chief Executive Officer. With 35 years of dedicated service and a proven track record of delivering excellence, he will now play a pivotal role in further advancing CNC through building and nurturing client relationships and M&A opportunities.

Craig Fowler – Formerly Chief Claims Officer, Fowler has assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Training/Flood Technical. 35 years of leadership and innovation at CNC have poised Fowler to excel in his new role over CNC's Training and Flood departments.

Jo Ann Fowler – Formerly Chief Executive Officer, Fowler will serve as Chairman of the Board and remain a valued member of the leadership team. Her years of service and commitment have been integral to the company’s success. 

Tom Noonan – Recognized for his exceptional leadership and expertise in his previous roles at CNC, Noonan has been elevated to the position of President. This promotion reflects his unwavering dedication to driving innovation and achieving operational excellence in addition to his over 39 years of experience showing how deserving of the title he is.

Paul Pierce – Having consistently demonstrated his commitment to exceeding expectations and delivering results, Pierce has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Claims Operations. His extensive experience and tactical insights into claims will continue to be instrumental in the Claims team’s success. 

Scott Harper – Formerly Director of Fire and Auto Operations, Harper has been promoted to Director of Claims Operations - Analytics. In his new role, Harper will manage metrics and statistics of claim processes to continue exceeding claim processing KPIs for claims clients.
