CNC utilizes ALL of the accepted industry-wide software for both auto and catastrophe claims including Xactimate, Simsol and Audatex. We also pride ourselves on adapting to client needs.  Whichever software clients prefer us to use, we make sure that our workforce is sufficiently trained to provide them with superior reporting.

CNC developed, utilizes and maintains our own claims management system that can be integrated across platforms with all client and software systems.  Our claims management system leverages the full power of the Internet to provide a robust and secure office that follows the adjuster into the heart of a catastrophe zone. The full lifecycle of the claim is covered, from loss notice to payment. Our dedicated information technology staff works full-time to provide a connection between the carrier, adjuster, insured and our internal customer support and quality assurance professionals.

By the time we receive a claim, we have already deployed a team to the effected area, and we automatically alert the insured via email, phone and postal service to keep them informed on our progress. By providing redundant lines of communication, we help our customers deal with adverse conditions without straining their ability to keep up with the daily challenges of our industry. But communication doesn’t end there. We also focus on client integration, to provide custom real time reports on demand, so that everyone involved in the claim has all the relevant information at their fingertips. We make sure that you know what is going on with your claim at all times.

Our technology goal is to make the adjustment process more efficient from start to finish, and we are constantly striving to find areas to improve on our methods. Whether it is reducing error or response time, we are focused on delivering results that make life easier for our partners and the insured in their time of need. After the claim, we are still working for you. Our internal post job and claims review process helps us locate the areas that need improvement and we tailor our efforts to match those needs. Claim history is kept on hand, so that supplements and subsequent claims have all the information needed to stay current.
