Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do because I enjoy the camaraderie of the people I work with. I spend long periods of time away from home with the people I work with. They are like my second family.
What was your proudest career moment?
I am most proud of being named the account manager for one of our best and most reliable contracts.
What fuels you to do your best?
I have always said, “My job is to perform well enough TODAY to insure my job for TOMORROW.”
What drew you to CNC?
I stumbled into CNC because I was looking for a better way to support my family and CNC became like family.
What are the changes you notice in the industry or foresee?
I’ve seen us go from 35mm duplicate print photos pasted on photo pages and hard files assigned on real paper to unlimited digital pictures and assignments and all closing documents being transferred in a paperless environment via the internet. All the carriers are transitioning to a paperless world.
What are you good at?
Outside CNC I love to ...
I love to help coach my children. I have two boys and two girls which has allowed me to coach everything from basketball to volleyball.
